After following every protocol suggested by Microsoft...

1. Checking My server requires authentication

2. Checking This server requires a secure connection

3. Making sure incoming and outgoing matches my mail services log in information.

Still nothing. I receive but can't send. Everything goes to outbox.

FRUSTRATED!!!

Checked my firewall settings. Saw nothing to indicate it was blocking anything. Could I have missed something there?
