I have Windows Live 2011 and am using Windows 7.  This morning when I tried to sign on WLM, I got ERROR MSG  0x800CCC92.  I called MSFT and was told they do not support WLM 2011 so there was nothing they could do for me.   I have tried to repair Windows Live Essentials using the uninstall/repair feature on the Programs in Control Panel.    I have now downloaded Windows Essentials 2012 but I do not know if I should transition to it because I do not want to lose my emails from WLM 2011.  Can you tell me how to fix the Windows Live Mail 2011 problem ?  If it is not fixable can you tell me how I can transition to Windows Essentials 2012 so I do not lose my emails or other information contained in Windows Live Essentials 2011?  I need help.   Thank you
