Version 2011 (Build 15.4.3555.0308) running on Windows 7. I wrote emails on a farm with no internet. Back home WLM asks me twice on start-up if I wish to go online, but stays offline.  Same when I click the "go online" icon.  I have uninstalled all Windows Live programs and re-installed twice.  Problem persists.  If I send emails, and then close WLM, a pop-up tells me I have unsent emails and asks if I want to go online - this then works and my emails are sent, but nothing is downloaded.   Help Please!
