I'm fairly savvy with setups and settings but I don't understand this one. I have no problem at all except with one particular sender that frequently sends mail with attachments. The attachments show up on my online server but do not show up in my e-mail client. I have no problem with any other sender and this is happening from 2 different locations, on 2 different computers, 2 different ISPs and 2 different e-mail clients. At home I am using Windows Live mail on Windows 8.1. At work I am using Outlook Express on Windows XP with the exact same problem. I checked all my settings and nothing is restrictive but it continues to happen from only one sender. Can you help me?
