On the update instructions ,  after deactivating  the old  MLM outlook account and setting up the new imap account my emails fail to download to new account.

  after many many times  trying , it always fails ,citing that the user name or password is incorrect.

  I am using the same log in address ,name , and password  as in my old account.

 After each time I remove the new account  from the folder pane and start over as per exact instructions,

 shouldn't I use the same email address, and password as in my old account?

 please help  new some direction. I have WLM 2012 and Windows 10
