Hi all. 

 I have just purchased a Surface Pro 6 and am trying to get Windows Mail to work properly.  I have added my outlook.com account to the program, and all of the folders and mail is correctly showing. However, I am unable to send any outgoing messages. 

The program is giving an error code 0x80048c2a.

In the account settings, everything is basically set to automatic. It is using the same credentials for the outgoing mail as the incoming one, with authentication and SSL ticked.
