Windows Live Mail – unable to download messages from multiple email accounts since upgrading to Windows 10

I keep receiving the following message and am unable to download my messages from my non-default email accounts into Windows Live Mail.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail account.

Server Error: 3204

Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20003

The default email account works fine.

This has only just started happening since I upgraded to Windows 10.
