I'm using Windows Live Mail on a Dell XPS running WIndows 7 Ultimate.  Starting about one month ago, Windows Live Mail has become incredibly sluggish.  Messages will remain in the outbox for 5 or 15 minutes, sometimes timing out before sending.  The same for downloading messages--the "green bar" will stall right near the end and it will take anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes to download the messages from the server.  I thought it might be my Webroot SecureAnywhere somehow taking forever to scan mail, but it wasn't that.  I ran a repair on Windows Live Mail, but no luck.  Does anyone out there have any ideas?

Thanks,
k.
