Hi all,

 I am running Windows 8.1 and I use Windows live mail for my email. for the past 2 days I have been getting a systems error message stating the program 'can't start because DUser.dll is missing from my computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.' However the program does start, and I can receive email. As I try to view (or delete) the email, the message reappears. I have tried to repair Windows Live Essentials, but a message states that there is a problem with that program and  may have already been uninstalled.

Can someone make a suggestion what I need to do?
