One of the office computers has been having problems with their Windows Live Mail account for the past few weeks.  When the account is being synced, it syncs thousands of messages (when none are actually appearing in the inbox).  This leads to problems when trying to send emails: the sync must be stopped, before the messages can be sent. Then the syncing starts again. How can I fix this?
