When I click new email it brings up a box that says "A problem occurred while trying to open this message. A problem has occurred. Please try again"  There is no error code.  I've tried running the fix on Windows Essentials 2012 a couple of times, but still get the same message after rebooting.  I'm on Windows 10. Everything else seems to work fine.  I get emails etc. There is nothing in the out box.  Any ideas out there?
