I know this has been discussed before but I have not seen a real solution.  I just purchased a new computer for my Wife. It has Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 11 installed.  I downloaded and installed Windows Live Mail.  It will not work because it is stuck in the OFFLINE mode.  There is no option in IE11 to turn this on or off. If I try in Windows Live mail it will not do anything.   I have uninstalled and reinstalled Live Mail several times. No success. 

We have Windows Live Mail on her old computer and it works fine. It is an old XP machine with IE8 

Has anyone found a real solution to this issue ?  I am about to go insane :)
