Windows Live Mail stopped working with errro “The module “onitpki.dll” failed to load”

I had it working yesterday, it started redownloading 5k emails, I figured No problem, I will just delete them and all will be well, then it stop working giving me this error.

No doing what you suggested I get an error
The module "onitpki.dll" failed to load 
Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or folder.......

...............  SO What happened to it, how do I fix it?
I loved Outlook Exp in XP, WLM has given me these errors from the start but always seem to work a few hours later so I never thought much about it.
