I am no longer receiving emails to my widows live mail and receive a box with message saying.......Server error ox800CCC 90 or windows mail error 0x800420 CD........I have has this problem before and BT were always able to help to reconfigure things by taking control of my pc and paly around with my settings but won't assist anymore as they say it is not a bt issue. i remenber last time they got up boxes with my.......mail.btinternet.com and did something with them and all the emails missing came back. anyone help me pls?
