I run Windows Live Mail under Windows 8.1 on my laptop. I found that when I click "New Mail" it would took about 10 minutes to open the mail window. But if I close the mail window and open it again, it behaves normally. However If I close the Windows Live Mail program and open it again. The above problem happens again. Anyway to solve it? Thanks.
