I have Windows live Mail in Windows 7. When I open Mail, a box appears, showing my email account name, and below that, my password. I have purchased a Hudl 2 Tablet, and I wanted to receive emails on this
Tablet as well as my PC. I could not remember my password, and in the Accounts > Servers it does not say " Forgotten Password". I went on to Microsoft to change my Password. I followed the instructions, and was sent a code. I changed my Password, and Microsoft
confirmed this. I cannot now open my Inbox, as the box appears as I stated earlier. My server is Sky.com, and I can access my emails via them, but I prefer Windows live Mail. I have tried four times with Microsoft to change my Password. Each time they send
me a code, I have to sign in to Sky, to retrieve the code. I have tried the new Passwords, but none of them are allowing me to open my emails. I would be grateful for any help.
