Like many others, I too have the issue when trying to send and receive mail with Windows Live under Windows 8.1. I tried the automated 'fix', didn't work. I went into the registry and the key to delete isn't there. Turned off firewall and antivirus, no joy. My mail works from my iPhone and iPad without problem. I have a hotmail and live mail accounts. The live account downloads and sends fine. There is nothing in my outbox. Can you help?
