I have been having problem with windows live mail which does not send and receive.

The MS guys suggested that may be due to updates therefore we restored the system by 5 days. But that did not resolve. I still get error 0x80004005

Unable to send or receive messages for the Optusnet.com (matai772) account. An unknown error has occurred.

Anyone can help me, please?
