I read my live mail with a browser.

When I used to reply to an email, it would just add my reply to the top of the mail thread.But since a few weeks it doesnt prepend my reply to the thread, but it just has a small grey bar at the top saying "You replied on 6/29/2018 4:05 PM.". So now I have to go to my sent folder to look for my reply. What happened and how can I change it back?
