Every once in awhile, when I close Windows Live Mail, there is a pop-up which says WLM is recovering disk space.  Sometimes, when it's done, everything is fine the next time I open WLM.  But once in awhile it completely removes all my storage folders, puts them under a new heading called Recovered Items, and totally screws them up.  This just happened again, so here's what it looks like:

1)     There is a new sub-heading which reads  11-21-15  20-58-38

2)     There are two sub-headings under that:

                         a)  my name with (2) after it, and if I open it there is a new folder titled "Inbox"

                         b)  Storage Folders (3), which has all my old folders under it.  I don't know what the (3) means since there are way more than three folders.

Many of my folders have the names screwed up with numbers in them that weren't there before, and some of the letters in the names missing.  All the emails inside the folders are marked unread.

Down towards the bottom of the list of folders there is be another Recovered Items heading, and if I click the down arrow there appears 11-10-15   823.  Have no idea what that means, except that's probably the last time it messed me up like this.

I'm not an advanced user, and I won't do anything I'm not sure won't mess something else up, but is anyone familiar with this, and know how to fix it?  Or where I can go for support help?  I don't mind buying support if need be, as long as I get this fixed.  Thanks so much.
