For the last several days, I receive the following error when receiving email or reading them:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Fuse (schmitsr) account. Header download for the 'Drafts' folder did not complete. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

Server Response: Your IMAP command could not be sent to the server, due to non-network errors. This could, for example, indicate a lack of memory on your system.
Server: 'imap.fuse.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0F
Protocol: IMAP
Port: 143
Secure(SSL): No

In addition, emails from blocked senders are not going to the junk email folder.  My wife has a separate account on the computer and her email appears to be working correctly.  I am using Windows Live 2012 with Windows 7 Home Premium.  I am using Microsoft Security Essentials.  I have run Repair against all Microsoft Essentials.

Thank you for your help.
