Got message 0x0004004  Went into PC Health Boost 3.0.5 and cannot uninstall

Windows Live Mail:   Publishing Photo Album  Publishing 1of 1  Status Executing but it is not going anywhere and it pops up every time I open.  I tried to send attachments and they did not go.

Now I cannot get any new messages in Windows Live Hotmail.
