Hi,

I have been using Windows Live Mail 2012 for a while now without hassle, until a few days ago when my phone (Android) and computer (Windows 7) gave me error messages concerning my Hotmail email account. I changed my password online which sorted out the email problem on my phone but not on my PC.

The error message I receive is:

"Unable to send or receive messages for the Live (jasoncollier) account.

Server Error: 0x800CCC16
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC16"

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
