Wife's windows live mail program V3 (on Windows 10 system) will not open.  The program shows a hand when clicked for about 10 seconds, then hand goes off and just cursor shows.  The program has been working up until 10/2/16. Ran McAfee Total system scan and Advanced System Control programs for possible malware blocking, but still does not open. Looking for a simple and hopefully free fix.
