My email provider is Tiscali/Talktalk and I am using Windows Live Mail and I had windows 7.1. All fine and then I could not send 'new' emails, but could receive and 'reply' on all received mails. I now have windows 10 and the same email problem continued. Following help from Tiscali/Talktalk all is working well through Tiscali/Talktalks webmail on the internet. However I can now do nothing at all in Windows Live Mail - cannot send, receive or reply to any emails. Tiscali/Talktalk have now washed their hands of it and say it is a Windows Live Mail Problem which they cannot help with - despite the fact I am paying them for their service.
In Windows Live Mail I get the error message that I have an invalid password. As I have never changed passwords (don't how to), I have no idea what to do. If I any change anything in Windows Live Mail I presume that would affect Webmail and I would then not any emails.
