Please Help - I set up this account with Windows Live Mail and downloaded all my email's. Everything worked as advertised until I tried to log in again and got the following message. This has been this way for months, I can't get it to work correctly, so I have to get my email directly from Charter, rather than using my Windows Live Mail account. I'd prefer to run all my email accounts in one package. I have another email with Charter under a separate Windows Live Mail account which I have no problems with--I need help!
