As of yesterday morning, Thursday, March 13, 2014 my Windows Live Mail stopped workiing.

I am unable to reply, reply all, forword, nor access my contacts, etc.  

There is an explanation point in a yellow triangle and it says "A problem occurred while trying to open this message. A problem has occurred.  Please try again."  I have tried again, and again and again using various messages I received and when trying to create a new message.  I have restarted my computer multiple times.   I turned over my computer to "Support" so they could fix an update error that I started getting yesterday morning at the same time I started experiencing problems with Window Live Mail 2012.  The tech. just finished fixing error code 0x80070570, but said I would have to solve the Windows Live Mail problem through this support community.
