When I try to print out an email message, it cuts out about two inches on the right side of the message.  The email header is also cutoff. In IE my margins are set to .75" left and right. The actual margin when printing Windows Live Mail emails is .75" left and 2.75" right. I can print fine with all other programs, but not with Live Mail.  Please help!
