None of the solutions work, many of the comments are for some other issue, as if the responder can't read or understand English.  None of the solutions have more than Zero replies for "this solved my problem". This has been going on for years, but only for the last 6 months on my computer.  Why can't Microsoft fix this problem or at least tell everyone that they have no intention but to leave the broken code in Windows Live Mail unfixed?
