I am trying to assist my mom. She is running WLM as an email client on her desktop PC. Her ISP is AT & T, and her only email account has a Bellsouth.net address. She readily accesses her email from a Kindle device, an Android phone (Verizon is her carrier) and her Web based AT & T mail page. She is suddenly experiencing an empty Inbox on her WLM email client-- every email appears in her Deleted Items folder. I have sent her Test emails asking her to sign-out of her AT & T web mail account, and to turn her Kindle and Android OFF. When she opens WLM, my Test Message resides in her Deleted Items folder. If she subsequently signs-on to her AT & T web mail, the Test message is in her Inbox; if she turns on her Kindle and Android, the Test Message appears in the Inbox of each respective device. I have asked her to check for "rules" in WLM for filtering messages (there are no rules set-up). Any advice would be appreciated as far as what settings need to be configured or examined in WLM, AT & T webmail, or on her Android or Kindle.
