Running with Windows 7 Home Premium: Windows Live Mail does not open when trying to send an email from a website contact link. It also will not send email. The error message say, "A problem occurred while trying to open this message. A Problem has occurred. Please try again.

What do I need to do to fix this issue. I need to be able to access my email and send an email though an online link.
