I have recently upgraded my laptop from Windows 7 Ultimate to Windows 10 pro.

I have always been using Windows Live Mail for my emails, and I have Telstra Business account (Pop 3) as well as an Hotmail account. However, it appears that I cannot receive emails for my Telstra Business account(Pop3) through Windows Live Mail on Windows 10 pro (I can only send out emails), I can receive and send emails for my Hotmail account.  The error message came back was "0x800C013E"

I have contacted Telstra, but they said there is nothing wrong with their server.

I have uninstalled, and reinstalled my Windows Live Mail, no help.

Can anyone help me with my problem?
