Ok so I tried to stop my grandparent's computer from asking to sign in every time they logged into windows live mail (WLM) and not too sure what happened but now it seems like the account has been deleted because I can't seem to logon online or through WLM. They are on windows 10 and a error message appears as follows:
"Unable to send or receive messages for the XTRA Email account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.

I've seen a couple of posts like this, and have tried them to no avail.
Any help would be great so that my grandparents can go back to thinking I am some kind of tech wiz haha
