After a Refresh, I found Windows Live Mail was no longer on my PC and I had to re-install.  But then all my e-mail accounts were also no longer there and all my e-mail accounts had to be re-created.  When I then downloaded my messages, I found that only the messages in the INBOX folders were recovered but not the SENT and JUNK folders.  How can I recover all the messages in these folders also?  And is there a way to back-up all the folders so that in future. if I Refresh again, the same situation does not arise again?  Thanks.
