I have a folder 2016  sub folders are 1, 2, and 3.

I want to take sub  folder 3 and put it in a new 2016 completed folder

I want to see New folder 2016 completed with sub folder 3 in it.

when I add subfolders 1 and 2 I also want to see  them as is su folder 1-2-3- in 2016 completed.

Is this possible?  If so How? the easiest way possible please.
