We are using WLM 2012 version on Win 7 and have recently had the problem that certain emails in a given storage folder are not viewable as we get "Message Cannot be Found" 

The problem began when we tried to move the emails from Inbox/Sent messages to the individual storage folder. 

We have tried to use the Repair feature with no change of outcome

We have also checked c:Users...AppData:pca;MicrosoftWindwos Live MailStorage Folders and it appears that the emails are there -- although are not able to see specific titles but all have .eml extensions and the number of emails matches what should be there. 

We have also tried creating a new folder under the main folder with the same results so we are wondering if the problem is some sort of corruption of the main folder? We really do not want to loose the email content of the mail or subfolders

Please advise as to next steps to correct the problem. Thanks
