I recently upgraded to Windows 8.1.  I'm now having a problem with Windows Live Mail.  Before the upgrade I had 35 Contacts in a Category that I called "Community".   I still see the number (35) next to the category name and I see the 35 names in the list on the left, but if I use the category to send an email, it only sends to 18 of those Contacts.   And if I click on Edit the Category I only see 18 of the original 35 Contact names.    Where did the others go?  How do I get them back to send to the original 35 people?
