I had a major crash on my computer (HP) and had to do an HP Recovery.  Prior to that under consultation with an HP tech advisor, I copied all data, documents, etc. under my User Name (In Windows 10) to a 128GB jump drive.  The advisor led me to believe that all that data included e-mails on my Windows Live Mail 2012.  Another tech verified that.  Problem -   We got everything back except my e-mails not deleted and kept prior to Sat. Aug. 5th.  No storage folder, no nothing.  Is there any way I can get these back.  My e-mail server (EarthLink) referred me back to Microsoft and said I could recover these e-mails with Windows Live Mail but I don't see how.  Comments/help??
