I am using Windows Live Mail in Windows 7 Pro and am having an issue with it losing e-mail attachments

It only seems to do it with one sender, but when he sends me e-mails if i preview them on the server they have multiple attachments

Once i click Recieve and download them into Windows Live Mail they seem to be in basic text format and all attachments are lost

Anyone got any idea how to resolve this? its a work related e-mail so its making it slower to have to download all the attachments off the server before i download the e-mail into Windows Live Mail at which point where they have gone who knows!!!
