Hello,
There are threads about this problem, yet it seems to be yet unresolved
http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/livemail-email/windows-live-mail-can-not-copy-hyperlinks-from-one/41da90e6-1099-4f65-898a-a6663be53a40
"Windows Live Mail can not copy hyperlinks from one e-mail to another."
...
This is also long-time re-appearing problem with our clients,
using either Windows Vista or later on Windows 7
and one of the Windows Mail/Windows Live mail mailers.
They send us HTML letters and we add its content to our system.
From time to time, their computers get updated, and their install
new version of mailer, usually it's Windows Live Mail.
Boom! Their new e-mails to us loose their HTML links.
Together, we check all "Secuirty" check-marks, uncheck "Phishing" options,
put "Spam check to minimum", add our address as "Trusted sender"
and all other possible options both in Windows Live mail and Internet Explorer,
however - I was able to help people about a year ago, but now other clients have
exactly the same problem and I simply forgot what has to be done.
It's either update of Internet Explorer 10 to 11 (on Windows 7)
or some tricky checkmark somewhere.
Can you help?
