not sure what happened but i lost all my mail .. files  in the recycle bin i tried to restore and all the mail is mixed up now and some missing and also folders missing. after this i accidentally  emptied my recycle bin :( this is the error message i get and also if still keeps saying synchronizing check back in a few minutes and nothing happens.  but the first time it happened i left the files in recycle bin and let it sync.. and them those files also got sent to recycle bin and kept repeating. it happened out of now where.. never happened before.. what can i do.. are all my mails and folders gone? the recycle bin was full of files not actually mail.

i did find that at hotmail.com all my mail is online.... what can i do to restore it to windows essentials mail? i know nothing about it :D plz help
