I have set up a new Outlook.com account in windows live mail since my local ISP is terminating it's google platform email service.  I have set the junkmail filtering to the lowest setting of "No auto filtering"  but I am getting far too much mail in the junkmail folder.  My old account is still active and it sends very little to the junkmail folder.  When I get duplicate emails in both accounts many go the the Outlook account junkmail folder while the email in the other account doesn't.  I have reset the junkmail setting several times, hit apply and ok, turn the program off and restart.  Still the same.  If it matters I am running Win 7.

Is there a way to turn off junkmail filtering completely and let me do it manually?
