Well, I will try once more to get a specific answer.  Sometimes I wonder if some people know what the word specific means, since I rarely see good answers.  That being said, my  problem is Windows Live Mail.  Not Live Mail, and not anything else.  I see people saying exactly what it is, and whomever answers, still does not answer it to the right email.

I had my computer set up by a computer person, who does it for a living.  I probably should just call him, because I certainly have doubts about any answers.  If I sound annoyed, I am.  I have put questions out there, and the answers do not work.

After this person set up my machine, my Windows Live Mail automatically filtered many of my junk mail.  Not all, but most.  A few weeks ago, Charter had an outage, and my email did not work properly.  However, I did not know there was an outage.  I wonder if they could have done a commercial specific to the outage area, which was extensive, so people would have known.  So, I started trying to figure out what was wrong.  Well, I mixed up things.  I have it fairly okay now, but my junk mail filtering does not work now.  It will work, if I manually either delete, or go in the junk folder where you find blocked sender, safe domain, etc.  I don't want to do that to most junk mail.  It is very time consuming.

So, I am giving these discussions one more chance.  Can anyone figure this out?

Thank you.
