I have two outlook.com email accounts configured on Windows Live Mail.

However, whenever I try to open a message from any folder, whether I am offline or connected, a box first appears with the following message:

“The host ‘imap-mail.outlook.com’ could not be found.  Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly”.

I then have to close the box and click on the message again and the message opens.

There is also another problem that has arisen.  Whenever I view the message lists in the INBOX and SENT folders, I find that in the INBOX folder, the “FROM” field has changed to “TO” and in the SENT message folder list, the “TO” field has changed to “FROM”.  I then have to reset the settings each time to rectify.

I find that most irritating but why is that so and how can the problems be rectified?  Can someone please advise?
