I have tried to delete and re-add my MSN address several times.  And the  message in  above Title/Subject line reappears time after time.   I have uninstalled and reinstalled Windows Essential 2012 at least twice to no avail.  I have set the time sync  w32 to automatic.   If I go to Outlook (live/hotmail) site directly and I can access my address mail fine.  But it will not sync with Live Mail or vice versa.  I tried to re- register all the DLLs but 6 of them won't register.  The Windows Live app appears corrupted, but I can't fix it.  I am at a loss to know what to do.

Additionally, when I go to the Outlook screen, my login information appears with shadow characters over my login information, but once I type in my address and password cleanly; it goes to my mail.  I think my account is corrupted somehow, but I can't fix that either.

I have tried everything I can find on this forum.  But nothing works for me.
