Hello!

I'm posting in regards of my Father, who is having a few issues right this very moment.

For his business, he tried to set up his 'Out of Office' auto-email responses and butchered it entirely, and somehow managed to send 500 out of I don't know how many to people in his contacts. 

Apparently, Windows has now flagged him as a spammer and he can no longer send or receive any emails whatsoever. 

** EDIT: He receives the error 554 : poor reputation **

My dad works from home, so email is quite literally his form of work, and he needs to be able to access this.

Does anyone know what to do in order to fix this??
