Windows Live Mail is not working when opening. It  is trying to download a message that just hangs with a green line  which says "Finishing current message" (this has remained for several hours now) and have no idea who the message could be from.  I have also tried repairing in windows essentials program which pauses saying there is a problem but not what the problem is and completes its repair process but does not resolve the Live mail issue.

This means I cannot send any  messages out or even view any of my emails now.

I have also restarted my computer but all to no advail.  Please can someone kindly help me?
