I have Windows 7.  Today, Live Mail downloaded all my emails back to Sept 4, 2014 and put them in my inbox.  Before today it was May 2, and they went back to August 8, 2014.  I spoke with Verizon and they said this is a known problem with Live Mail and there is a fix that involves the registry. 

How can I get the fix and help applying it?
