As of today some of my emails in my inbox are not showing the senders name or the subject, instead both fields are blank and all I see is the yellow envelope symbol. If I highlight or select the message the details of both the sender and the subject are visible in the reading pane along with body of the email. However the 'Reply' and 'Reply to all' are greyed out, 'Forward' is not greyed out. Only if I double click on the email and it opens in a separate window are the 'Reply' and 'Reply to all' then functional. The emails in question are from contacts already saved in my contact list. I have tried to delete them and resave them as contacts but it has made no difference.
I have also tried the following to no avail.
1. Click Start... i) Click ALL PROGRAMS... ii) Right Click WINDOWS LIVE MAIL... iii) Left Click RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR
Neither have fixed the problem.
