Hi,

I am using windows 10 and Windows Live Mail. 

Upon opening WLM I have recently experienced failure notices when the programme try's to download new emails.

I have reinstalled MS Essentials 2012 a few times.

Occasionally WLM would fully open and download, but mostly it would fail.

But now, upon opening WLM, it downloads new messages, but then it appears to proceed to a loop whereby the Inbox "unread" number clocks up by "1" every second, indefinitely but no further emails are arriving; ie it appears to be in a loop.

I can send emails through WLM without problems.

Any comments would be gratefully received!!
